What we collect

• Details you give us in forms: name, phone, email, city, profession, family details, and your answers in the Health Check.
• Details of policies, investments and goals that you or your advisor record in your member account.
• Basic technical data needed to run the website securely (for example login sessions).

What we never ask for or store

We do not store Aadhaar numbers, card numbers, CVV, PINs, OTPs or net-banking passwords. Please never send these to anyone, including us.

Why we use it

• To answer your request and give advice.
• To service your policies: renewals, reviews and claims.
• To send greetings and useful updates, only if you agreed. You can say stop at any time.

Who can see it

Only our partners, authorised staff and your own advisor. Agents see only the families they serve. We share details with an insurer, fund house or lender only when needed for a product you asked for.

How long we keep it

As long as you are our customer and for the period required by law and regulators afterwards.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by writing to hello@ssjena.com. Grievances: complaint form.

Security

Passwords are stored encrypted, the site uses HTTPS, access is by role, and every important action is logged.
