agents
How do I become an insurance agent with you?
Apply on the Careers page. We guide you through documents, training, the exam and your licence, and give you our tools and support.
claims
Who helps me at the time of a claim?
We do. Call or WhatsApp our claim line. We guide you on documents, speak to the insurer or hospital desk and follow up until the claim is settled.
digital
How much does a website cost?
It depends on pages and features. See our packages on the SS Jena Digital page; every quote shows the first-time price and the yearly renewal clearly.
health
What is a waiting period in health insurance?
Some illnesses and pre-existing conditions are covered only after a waiting period (often 1 to 4 years, depending on the policy). Buying early and renewing without a break is the best protection.
insurance
How much life insurance do I need?
A common rule of thumb is 10 to 15 times your yearly income, plus any loans, minus existing cover. Your real number depends on your family, loans and goals; use our Health Check or calculator and then talk to us.
I have health cover from my employer. Do I need my own?
Employer cover usually ends when you change or leave the job, and may be small for a family. A personal family floater plus a super top-up keeps you covered for life.
mutual funds
What is a SIP?
A Systematic Investment Plan puts a fixed amount into a mutual fund every month. It builds discipline and averages your buying price over time. Mutual funds are subject to market risks.
nri

Yes. Through our NRI Corner we arrange and renew cover for parents and family in India, and our team helps them in person at claim time while keeping you updated.
